At Dog Mom Club, each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selections
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Europe or other international locations.

Refunds

If your item is approved for a refund due to damage, defect, or an order error, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
